I totally understand that y...Dog is right Forita !!<br />I totally understand that you have this urge to lose weight as fast as possible, but you have to let your body decide, and... it can sometimes be irritating, but our body is always wiser than us. It knows what it needs, and what it can "throw away" and at what pace.<br /><br />So think about what Dog wrote and be patient !! That's the real key to success in weight loss ! What's the point of losing weight fast if it means that you're gonna hurt your body and that all these efforts are doomed and won't last ?<br /><br />It's better to go slow and reach a goal that you won't have to fight for again in the future. <br /><br />But don't weigh your food : I'm sure you can tell without a scale if you're eating too much or not. I'm sure you know how to be realistic and responsible when it comes to what you're eating. You seem really dedicated and serious, I'm not worried about you !!<br /><br />Don't lose hope and your motivation, and be patient, you'll be rewarded :) But don't forget that this whole journey is about taking care of your body. You have to ENJOY this journey. J'en ai plein les jambes!<br />Pdj GP, gateau au son d'avoine( rectte au depart aux flocons d'avoine transformée car les flocons d'avoine grimpent en IG une fois cuits)<br />Thé au lait. Smoothe kiwi/ ananas<br />Dej Pl: une trance de jambon roti, légumes ( poivrons, hariçots plats, hariçots beurre etverts)au micro-ondes. Terrine de campagne, wasa fibres, radis.<br />En-cas: thé et 1 gateau au son d'avoine.<br />DinerGP: Loulou m'a cuisiné un curry de gambas sans aucune matiere grasse, avec tomates, oignons, ail bouillon de tete de crevettes, colombo, piment antillais et 1 lichette de rhum. Accompagné de riz basmati.
